I’m Kyle Johnston, a designer and creative leader with more than twenty years of broad-ranging experience, including practicing and leading design, creative strategy, and operational leadership and team development. I’ve utilized my passion for communication design, user experience design, and team leadership to successfully build, manage, and mentor diverse teams in both in-house and agency environments.

Currently, I’m a Staff Product Designer at Etsy, where I collaborate with partners in engineering, research, analytics, and product management to define product strategy and priorities and run experiments that optimize buyer experiences across Etsy’s website and native apps.
